hi i'm new here but used to be a member of nov 2006 ddc and playroom.i'm 35 and had my tubes tied during my 4th c section in 2006 .i have recently found out i'm pregnant and now i'm miscarrying.i was already looking into a reversal due to post tubal ligation syndrome.i would love to have another baby but whether a reversal results in pregnancy or not,i want it reversed and will never tie them again.now i need to find out if a reversal is even needed and so far the only way to see that is laprscopy.i don't understand why they can't tell through an ultrasound.when all is said and done ,my husband will get snipped.no more suffering for me.
I am so sorry you went through a m/c. I hope you are feeling better now. I don't know why they would need to do a laproscopy instead of just and u/s. I hope you have some answers now though. Welcome to JM and to the board.
hi thank you,i'm still looking forward to having my tubes untied, but in the meantime ,we're using protection so that i don't have to go through that again.it just really stinks having to go through all this on top of already being displeased with having ptls.makes me wanna scream lol
I am so sorry for your loss and all that your going through. Welcome back to JM and I hope they can get things figured out for you soon. We are here for you!

FYI ultrasound does not see the fallopian tubes in a way that would give the doctors any answers for you.
I hope you are feeling better/sorry for your loss!
