So facebook has the thing going around where you can find the #1 billboard song on the day you were born. I decided to look it up online because I didn't want to give the app permissions. I found this site. It allows you to find the #1 song for any day of the year as far back as 1920 I think.

I found mine (Billie Jean by Michael Jackson), and then decided to look up everyone else's.


So, yeah, the #1 song on the Cora's birthday (and the day I found out she had passed, which was the day before), was "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter.


I literally laughed.

If you actually look up the lyrics, it doesn't actually fit all that well. But the title sure does. When I start getting mopey about having bad days (like today) I just remind myself that it's better than that one.
