I was just thinking of this earlier. If I could pick one day with Gabriel, I think I would choose a day when he's 5 years old. I think that's such a fun age because they're old enough to do a lot with, but they're so young and silly, too. I'd love to take him to the Zoo, then Chuck E. Cheese to see him run around and his eyes open in wonder at all the animals and then the animatronics at Chuck E. Cheese. Plus, Chuck E. Cheese has the best pizza!

This may be weird, but I'd like to talk to her as an adult. I'd like to see the person she would have grown into.

Hmmm for me I think I would like to see him as an infant. To hold him, cuddle him, see him smile, see him open his eyes and stare up at me.

I would pick that very first day of life to look into my new baby's eyes and kiss his/her eyelids before she goes up to heaven...to hold and touch those sweet baby fingers and toes and kiss each one...to show my son that he had a brother or sister...to touch that soft baby fuzz hair and see what color eyes he or she would have had.
But, at this point I would not be able to handle it so I'm glad it can't happen that way. It would hurt too much knowing that Little Bud couldn't be a part of this world.
