Finally miscarried today. I've been waiting for 2wks since finding out my baby passed just after seeing the heart beat at 6 wks 4 days. I was 8 wks and 4 days when I found out the bad news. My doctor thought I should m/c naturally since I've had my fair share of d&Cs. I passed the baby complete in the gestational sac and all. So I actually got to see my little angel and it's helping me with closure. I'm not sad, I'm not angry. I'm not giving up.

One of the "benefits" of having such a late loss was being able to see Cora and hold her.

That's really neat that you got to see your little one. I was hoping I would be able to m/c at home and see mine as well but it just didn't end up that way. I definitely wished I could say goodbye. I'm glad you got that chance.

I'm sorry for your loss and am glad you were able to pass everything naturally and you finally have closure.

Me 40 DH 41 with an amazing 15yo DS
TTC #2 NTNP starting in 2009
actively TTC (BBT and OPKs) 2011
natural BFP Feb 2012, ending in mmc Apr with d&c in May
IVF Sep 2012, 4 eggs retrieved, 2 mature, 1 fertilized, but showed abnormal
growth, so not suitable for transfer
Nov 2012 IVF take 2 = 3 embryos but due to concerns with lining unable to transfer
Jan 2013 endometrial biopsy = normal
Mar FET transferred 2 beautiful embryos, but unfortunately BFN
moving to donor eggs fall of 2013
