Everything went great at my appointment. All of the pathology came back normal. So it was really kind of a fluke thing. My doctor said it could have also been when they split to be twins, something just went wrong. She also said that the abnormal pap was inflammation and to have a repeat in 6 months. And that we can start trying once I get back to a normal cycle.

I am originally from the Pittsburgh area but about a year and a half ago, we moved about two hours north of Philly.

Congratulations on being cleared to try again soon. I haven't really been on here a lot lately, so I don't know your details, but I know that after my D&C, I had a couple weird months (the first was the worst) and then was back to "normal" - it was a new normal for me, though. I had had 28 day cycles and after had 35 day cycles.

Thanks, I lost twins at 11 weeks. I had to my an emergency D & E because I was bleeding so bad and ended up in ICU. This was my first loss.

My doctor said my cycle should return around 4-6 weeks post procedure. I will hit the 4 week mark on Thursday. I had a normal 27 day cycle before I got pregnant. But I am not going to stress, when AF decides to show that's fine. Hopefully my body will be back to "normal" soon!
