I know everyone can be different, but I'm just looking for some personal experiences. What was your first period after a m/c like? Should I expect it to be heavier? How long was it from the m/c until the witch showed?

I had a natural m/c 3 weeks ago. No idea what my body is doing but figured maybe knowing what some other people might prepare me for what to expect.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. It just plain sucks. I had a natural MC about 6 mos ago at 5 or 6 wks and AF showed up exactly 28 days after MC started. It was a normal period, normal flow, normal cramping.

I know every woman is different but I read many more posts where women went back to normal cycles than not.

After both my m/c (12 weeks {d&c} and 7 week {natural}) my AF was right on time and about the same flow and cramping. Only difference I found was that when I ovulated the first time after my ovulation cramps seemed stronger and more noticeable.
