Once again I am really tired of hearing about it. And angry.
Anyone else feeling this way?
I totally understand that you might be feeling that way, but then I question why you're hanging around your past DDC if people talking/posting about their pregnancies is bothersome. Seems like you're setting yourself up for frustration and anger. You are more than welcome to post in that DDC, of course, but I don't understand why you would surround yourself with posts that will make you sad and angry.
Wife to sweet husband Jeff and mother to 2 beautiful girls: Emily (2) and Jocelyn (1).
You are definitely not alone. Today I left work early because coworkers kept asking my friend (another coworker) how her baby shower this last weekend was, that she looks great, how much longer, etc. Meanwhile they know I am standing near her and that my baby would have been due this month (this Saturday). She was 9 weeks behind me and it was just 3 months ago that I lost my son. I wasn't angry until now...A little sensitivity would be nice, you know
oh yeh. My SIL is due 2 days before I was. So I deal with the belly rubbing and the shower talk and my MIL talks about going to Babies R Us all the time, etc. Kind of annoying. DH says it's been more than 3 months now and I need to move on and realize that people are going to have babies and we need to be happy for them.
Uh, no. Sorry. I don't like my SIL. She's a spoiled brat who doesn't even like kids. She only got pregnant for the attention. She wouldn't know a diaper from a newspaper. She's a twit with the IQ of a teaspoon. In fact, I have silverware that are more intelligent.
