Hi ladies! I hope I didn't miss this already posted somewhere. I am new to the world of digi scrapping. I am using Microsoft Digital Imaging and have attempted 3 times to have a page printed using an online photo lab (Walmart, to be exact).
I seem to be having trouble getting the size/dimensions right! I set my new pages to be 8x10's, since that is the size of all of my books. Then I choose to have an 8x10 printed and it comes out terrible! It's grainy and instead of being printed vertically, it prints horizontally! So everything is cut off and not lined up correctly.
Can anyone offer some suggestions? I am adjusting everything I know to adjust, but as I said, I am new to digi scrapping and don't know all the ins and outs.

Thank you in advance for any help!

~Holly
