how do u make a knot?

i made my ribbon just fine but now i want to make a knot and ui have no idea how...

I use paint shop pro,when i made my kit i used the rope tube in psp and just drew one.

I'm not sure what program your useing but heres a tut on how to make a bow in PSP,maybe you could just use the knot part?
