I have to keep this short since my aunt is here and I do not want to be rude ! lol
My baby is sick ..again.....and I ask you...WHY do people INSIST on bringing their children to my house when they are sick?????
This is the 3rd time she has been sick, and the 3rd time she has caught it from the same family of kids.
this time the kids had bronchitis and were here for Mick's b-day party.
That's how it started in March when I went round for round with the Dr., only to FINALLY find out she had pneumonia.
I want to put a sign on my door.... If there is snot on your face, stay way from this place.
seriously I am tired of Katie getting sick from these kids. I KNOW they pick up germs, but come on.....
and my MIL aggravates me when she makes comments like..."well it will build her immunity".....wth?
but that is another story and when I have more time, I will post that too....
Poor Katie! I'm so sorry she is sick. I hope she feels better soon. I am SO careful when I get sick not to go anywhere and infect others. I so wish others had the same courtesy. By the way, I love the saying and I really think you SHOULD put it on your door. Good luck with your MIL.
I am so sorry that Katie is sick again. I hope she gets feeling better soon. I hate it when people think it is OK to bring sick kids to places other kids will be (Daycare, family events) It is very selfish of them. Perhaps you could talk to the kids parents and invite them over with the stipulation that if they are sick, to please not come??? I tell my sister that with her kids, I tell her that I would LOVE to see her, but if her kids are sick, maybe we could meet up another time.
