DH and I are talking about going to Disney for the evening. My 18 yo niece will be here, so we have asked her to babysit (once Makenna is in bed). We will see if it all works out.

We will be at the deer lease. We never go out or anything. We just stay home with the kids.

I'm really sorry if this is stupid but what's a deer lease?

We are having all our Mommy and Daddy friends over. We did it last year and everyone had an amazing time. Most of us can't drink or get babysitters so everyone comes over, we put up a bunch of playpens, we play with the kiddies then put them to bed and play games all night. We had a blast last year and the best part is we are all parents so if you kiddy doesn't sleep or you are needed we just pause the game or play with kiddies sleeping on our laps. It's a nice way to celebrate without leaving the kids out or struggling to find babysitters.

Sabina, it's where my husband deer hunts. We have a cabin there. I love your idea. I wish we had something like that to do.

Well, We finally are closer to the inlaws, and they offered to take the kids so we can do something. So we are going to go out with some friends and family and have dinner then go downtown for a few drinks! I cant wait
