What do you like to do during your "Mommy time" or "alone time"?

Wait....are you saying I'm supposed to be getting Mommy/alone time??? DH and I need to have a chat then....

Seriously, despite being off bath restriction for 2+ weeks now, I've only managed to take a single bubble bath which was my BIG wish after she was born. What little "alone" time I get right now gets used up running errands, paying bills, etc.

mommy time? alone time? I honestly do not know what that is. The only alone-not mommy time i get is when I'm at work and that's not even consider alone time.

Wow I guess I should feel lucky for the hour I get each night. I am feeling sorry for all you Mommies that don't get any time at all. It must be hard not to have time to unwind.

I love being on the computer so I usually do that or take a hot, hot bath and read my books.

Well, some days are better than others. Hayden's naps have been changing lately, and I'm not sure if he is already trying to stay up the whole day or what. But, anyhow, if I get him to nap for more than 45 mins, it's a shower and/or lunch in front of the tv. And, like a lot of the ladies here, the rest of it is spent doing dishes or other "to-do's".

Since I work FT, I ususally choose NOT to take mommy time or alone time unless she is asleep. Every once in a while on the weekends when Makenna is napping, I will go get a pedicure or something. Makenna has been going to bed earlier. (She is now ready for bed by 8pm -- sometimes I wish she would stay up later because I often don't get home until 6pm, but I let her dictate her bed time (for now). She lets me know when she is getting sleepy. Sometimes I take a long bath and read a magazine (People is my favorite) after she goes to bed.
