OK, I can't hardley beleive I am saying this.......BUT I am ready to start getting ready to TTC!!!!! We plan to start TTC next fall/winter, and I really want to get my body in shape for it. I am getting on the Loosing weight bandwagon!! I joined a Yoga class and I start tonight. My goal is to loose 25 lbs by the end of summer. I think that getting into shape will help me keep up with Cecil and life being a preggo mommy and then a mommy of 2. I also need to work on Kegels. I don't know about any of you, but I am STILL not the same. If I run, I pee. If I jump, I pee!! It is very embarrasing and I wanna work on that before I get prego too because if not, I am afraid that I won't be able to controll myself at all. Do any of you have that same problem????
Wishing you well with getting into shape. I am there with you. Need to lose 30 pounds to get pre-Benjamin. I am going to start jogging as soon as Jacob starts STTN. I think we need a PALPR weight lose support group LOL.
As for the TTC, I can't wait until you start. I'll be your #1 support person, rooting you on. And Sam of course
