This has been posted about a few times now...so I though I would start a weekly weightloss / Exercise thread!

BUT - I think we can come-up with a better name than Weekly PAL Grad Healthy Living Thread - LOL- Any Suggestions?? Is going from Saturday to Saturday OK??

I thought we could post about the following each week:

Weekly Food Goals:
Weekly Exercise Goals:
Weekly Weight:
Thoughts:

Let me know if you have any other ideas for this.....I am open for anything!

I want to be realistic about this....Sooo....My goals are a little small, and hopefully I can build upon each week. I think my major problem with weightloss is trying to do and change everything at once.

Weekly Food Goals: No Sugar in my coffee....only healthy snacks between meals.
Weekly Exercise Goals: Walk/run on treadmill each night for 20 min- Yoga Class on Wednesday
Weekly Weight: Staring Weight is 182 - I want to loose 1.5 lbs by the end of the week.
Thoughts: Finishing what I start - THat is what counts!!

Weekly Exercise Goals: wii fit 3-4x week
Weekly Weight: 165

Weekly Food Goals: Eat more fruit
Weekly Exercise Goals: Go for 15-20 walk everyday
Weekly Weight: Honestly I have no idea, the way that I look at weight is, do my pants fit or not?
Thoughts: I'm brain dead right now...

I love this Sam! Thanks for starting it! You will do way better if you know you have to answer for your week. I did amazing on Weight watchers and was thinking of starting up again. I lost 30lbs and kept it off until I got pg.

Weekly Food Goals: Eat a healthy lunch every single day this week
Weekly Exercise Goals: Starting off small here as I am still not getting any sleep so don't judge - walking two nights a week.
Weekly Weight: 177
Thoughts: Healthy choices, healthy choices, healthy choices!!!!

LOVE this...
now that I have a new dr. and new meds....here I come !

my goal is to eat healthier throughout the day to maintain good blood sugar levels.
I am on different insulin and it is throwing me off a bit !

exercise - walking through the subdivision
....does running up and downstairs count?...lol

I need to lose quite a bit....in the last 21 months I have lost 50 lbs....I am doing it, just slowly...lol

Awesome Sam!! I participate on the one in my PR but the more I'm accountable the better!

Creative brain is not working for a cool title right now though.

Weekly Food Goals: Stick to my WW points- no cheating!
Weekly Exercise Goals: Gonna try to walk as much as possible- being realistic.
Weekly Weight:181.2
Thoughts: I'm going out to dinner on Wednesday and going to visit my parents this weekend- so it's going to be really tough to eat healthy. Gonna do my best!
