I want to be realistic about this....Sooo....My goals are a little small, and hopefully I can build upon each week. I think my major problem with weightloss is trying to do and change everything at once.
Weekly Food Goals: No Sugar in my coffee....only healthy snacks between meals.
Weekly Exercise Goals: Walk/run on treadmill each night for 20 min- Yoga Class on Wednesday
Weekly Weight: Staring Weight is 182 - I want to loose 1.5 lbs by the end of the week.
Thoughts: Finishing what I start - THat is what counts!!
Weekly Food Goals: Eat more fruit
Weekly Exercise Goals: Go for 15-20 walk everyday
Weekly Weight: Honestly I have no idea, the way that I look at weight is, do my pants fit or not?

I love this Sam! Thanks for starting it! You will do way better if you know you have to answer for your week. I did amazing on Weight watchers and was thinking of starting up again. I lost 30lbs and kept it off until I got pg.

Weekly Exercise Goals: Starting off small here as I am still not getting any sleep so don't judge - walking two nights a week.

Weekly Exercise Goals: Gonna try to walk as much as possible- being realistic.
Thoughts: I'm going out to dinner on Wednesday and going to visit my parents this weekend- so it's going to be really tough to eat healthy. Gonna do my best!
