Anyone have any suggestions for healthy lunch ideas? I am just so bored of making the same things already and it's been two months that I have been home. Anyone have some nice lunches they would like to share? How about snacks?

I would love some ideas, too. I'm trying to lose weight and not sure what to eat besides salad.

Pita sandwiches with humous (instead of mayonaise) is really good. (I like mine with things like alph alpha sprouts, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, pickles, shreaded carrots, etc.)

I have a good recipe for a wonderful, healthy chicken parmesan. I'll find it and post it.

Here is a link to the chicken parm I found. DH has made it several times. I love it!

I found the morning star Asian garden burgers, they are actually really good- and a bit spicy. I throw one on a thin bun (100 calories) with a little fat free mayo , lettuce and tomato. Easy, low calorie and good.

That chicken parm recipe looks great!
