Weekly Exercise Goal: Run on Treadmill 3 X this week

Thoughts: Keep on Truckin........LMAO - This is a stessful week at work, and I am trying to stay as positive as I can - I am a Stress eater for sure!
Do Something Different Name one Activity you can do this week that is out of your normal Exercise routine!!! -- I plan to get out and take walks with Cecil this week if the weather permits.
I failed miserable at this this week.......
Weekly Food Goal: I gave up oatmeal cookies (there goes my supply, on the good note, probably my boobies weight less)
Weekly Exercise Goal: None, I want to start walking at work, maybe I'll start today.
Weekly Weight: No idea did not weight myself this week.
Thoughts: Well, starting in April we will go for walks after dinner. Next week we will be OH, so I guess I need all the fat that my body has so that I don't freeze to death.

I didn't do so well last week or the early part of this week as I've been sick and so have the kids and dh.
