Sam,

I hope Cecil's new antibiotic helps him quickly....when Katie had pneumonia she was put on Zythromax and it started helping right away...*after a month getting the run around with the dr. *
please keep us posted on how he is doing....and you also...I am sure it is taking a toll on you as well..... to you both !

Thanks Dee.....The Dr. did give Cecil Zithromax....he was on amoxicillian before. He said that Amoxicillian will not help with pneumonia at all, but the zithromax should do the trick.

He was less feverish last night so that is good.....I am hoping he is on the mend. If no change by wednesday, we have to go back in for another re-check.

I am exausted.....I am trying to keep it together, but it is very hard being sick yourself and needing to take care of your sick child. Travis is a big help though, luckily he isn't sick.

I wish I lived closer and could help you....bring you meals or something. Hang in there, this too will pass. Hoping the zithromax does the trick, and quickly.

I also wish I lived closer to help you out a bit. At least Travis is helping you, I'm happy to hear that (last time when I got sick and Alex was getting sick, dh was not willing to lend an extra hand so that I could take a break).
I know you probably over tired, hang in there a bit longer, it will pass. Make sure that you do get some rest, you also need to get better.

it is exhausting when they are so sick...try to get your rest when you can and make sure you eat to keep your energy up too.
I am glad his on Zithromax, it is an awesome antibiotic IMO....short dosage time which is great and it stays in your system and keeps working.
I am hoping it helps quickly!
we have been down that road here, feel free to pm me if you need to!

Thanks you guys! I wish we all lived closer together so we could have a PAL get-together.

Cecil has had a normal temp today....So I am trying not to get my hopes up too high, but I think he is getting better. He is always such a happy little man....even with temps of 103-104 he still smiles.

How's Cecil doing today? I hope you don't need to take him back to the doctor.

He is doing great....no temp last night and fever free today Gotta love the zithromax!

His daycare said that everyone of the babies / toddlers in the infant and mobile infant room has been out sick for 1-4 days I hope all the other babies recover soon too.
