Oh my gosh...I have missed you guys. Just catching up makes me smile. Max is over 14 months already. I don't remember how to put a pic up. And, I probably need to change my signature. Of course, it made me smile to see a picture of him when he was soooo little. He's a real bruiser. His brothers adore him and he's 100% BOY! He growls at the dog. He's already dialed 911. He's fallen down the stairs (the barricade he moved broke his fall). He empties my cabinets daily. He throws things at the dog. (Libby has been awesome with him). And he's absolutely crazy! Today at Mass he yelled "Go, go, go" through most of the homily. I'm not sure church counted today. I spent the entire time on Max duty. But, he's our little miracle and I wouldn't trade him for anything! I'm so excited to catch up with everyone and hear how you're all doing.
Thanks so much for stopping by....you do know we aren't going to let you off without pics now though, right. 14 months, wow! Your church story made me flash back to Cori, she was always good for blowing raspberries in church, when it was quiet, of course. Ditto to Sacha, how is Robbie and everyone else?
We're doing great. Thanks so much for asking As you know, Robbie had his tonsils out last January. Since then he's had THREE more surgical procedures this year! Poor kid. He had two procedures to take care of the monster kidney stone. And then in October he had eye surgery to repair a 4th nerve palsy. His eye had a muscle that was week and it made him tilt his head to see correctly. It was very slight, but, we've know about it since he was about 6 months old. It can only be corrected with surgery and we figured that we should do it now, rather than later. Everything looks great. He's already stopped tilting his head. He was such a great kid about medicine, restrictions, making up school work, etc...
Joey is a FRESHMAN in high school He's almost 6 ft tall! I swear I just had him! This fall he ran Cross Country and had one of the leads in his high school's musical. He's doing great in school and his social life is better than most adults. He'll be 15 this month!
Thomas is doing great. He's a 7th grader and continuing to play percussion (full kit and mallets), piano, and guitar. He's got almost a 4.0 and works his tail off. He has also started running (August) and has already completed a number of 5Ks in the area.
We're always busy. And, we like it that way. I'll be coaching Forensics at Joey and Thomas' school this year. we'll see how Max handles THAT Luckily, whenever we have tournaments or practice ALLLL of the girls want to play with their "Maxcot" (team mascot).
How are you all doing? I'm slowly catching up. But, it's been a while. I can't wait to get back in the swing of things.
