I am 21 weeks 5 days pregnant with our little Rainbow, Elizabeth Rayne. She is due on January 12th. I am terrified. I had my twin girls on October 20th, 2010, who had severe TTTS. We went to Cincinnati, OH for fetal surgery, but my water broke the morning that the surgery was scheduled. I was only 21 weeks. My babies lived for a very short hour before they died in my arms. It has been the hardest thing that my husband or I have ever been through. I still struggle with it constantly!!! I have terrible flash backs and also fear the worst case. My doctors for this pregnancy are great. Starting when I was 16 weeks, I get the Progesterone shot to prevent preterm labor. I was taken out of work very, very early in my pregnancy because I am high risk. The walls of my house are starting to close in on me. I have wayyyy too much time on my hands to think!! Any advice??

Welcome to pregnancy after loss. I am so sorry for your loss. Keeping busy will help some with the worry although you will probably never fully stop until you are holding her and she is happy and healthy. Please feel free to join us on the main board as well. Its a great group of ladies with lots of support. Congratulations on your pregnancy and wishing you a happy and healthy one.

Welcome! Have you thought about taking an online course? Just something to keep your mind busy.

I actually have considered it, but I just can't set my mind to it. I don't know why, I am just not ready to go back to school.....plus our financial situation..I don't want to add student loans onto the mountain!!! I am so excited about starting the nursery. I know that will keep my mind busy for a while!!!
