Ok, so I sadly lost my baby in April this year, I have been fortunate and became pregnant fairly quickly after, due in March 2013 but my question is should I do something to mark the due date that should have been? If so, any ideas?

If you feel that you want to do something to mark the due date of your loss, then you should definitely do something. I know some girls will release balloons in honor of the little one they lost.

So glad that you go pregnant so quickly. that helps greatly with dealing with the loss.
