Take one color out of your photos and make the rest of it black and white. Then scrap using that color. You can use more than that one color but your main focus must be that one color. [so, lets say the color in the photo is blue eyes, make everything else b&w and use mostly blue in your scrapping]

in photoshop you take your picture layer and duplicate it. The bottom layer you'll want to disasterate [image>disasterate] and then in the color pic, erase everything but the color you want to stay adn voila!

Here is my entry. I technically have more than one color in the b+w photo, but I think it is what the challenge was looking for. I did the coloring by layering two of the same photo - the bottom one was made b+w and the top one I used to cut out the part I wanted in color, then layered them.
