So I always know that AF is on her way b/c exactly ONE day prior to AF I always get arm cramps for a couple of hours. in my elbows mostly, but can be in my shoulders or wrists....they ache....
last week when the arm cramps arrived I figured I was out..the only difference is they were really bad lasting a lot longer and much stronger...starting 13 dpo, and still happening....@ 19 dpo--maybe less frequently....anyone experience this? not sure if it is a good sign or a bad one...i don't go to the doctors until mid august.... ;0( (other sx's include low AF like mild intermittent cramps and back pain on and off, usually in the late afternoon.)
thanks in advance...
MC

I still have AF like cramping and aching and Im almost 20 weeks. I asked my Doctor about it and she said that it was lack of blood flow. It has never *knock on wood* affected our unborn daughter. But I still get it from time to time. Now its just different aches and pains!

In the mornings i am a little too nauseas to eat, so I usually wait until 10 am to have breakfast and this is the time I take my prenatal vit.---i find that after I take the vitamin...an hour or two the cramps in my legs and arms seem to get better....i wonder if i have a potassium or calcium deficiency.... hmmm
again thank you for your input....I have the summer off since i work in a school and I think i have too much time on my hands to think about these things!!!!

quick update, incase anyone else has the same symptom...
like i said i always get these pains the day before my AF arrives....i don't know what they are but assumed it was just bad PMS.
I had these pains from the day b4 my expected AF (dpo 13) until 5 w 2 d. Then they finally stopped. In case anyone is in the same boat...they were way worse than when i get them pre-AF...way worse, both arms strong aches, constant pain at times and pounding at others....i am thankful they went away. if they come back i will let you know.
