have a light brown discharge around the time of your AF and then end up to be pregnant?

I was due to start on Monday and early yesterday i had a little brown discharge and thought i was going to start so i went ahead and put in a tampon we when i went to take it out yesterday there was nothing there. Then again this morning the same thing and now nothing?

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Yup me the day i expected AF It could happen. Just yesterday i talked to my doc because still now almost to the end i still get some days light brown discharge when my month turns (when my usual AF would be).....especially now that my uterus is compressed every which way but in my head ......Anyhow i'd test if i were you. I tested one day late to my AF (or was it 2....whatever) because i wanted to take flu medication and not me but my DH was convinced we were pregnant. I laughed but took the test just to be sure in order to stuff myself with pills and sleep the flu away......but i never took them

Yes.

Its normal to have spotting or brown discharge around the time your period is due when you are pg.

Sometimes your body hasn't quite gotten that it doesnt have to do that for the next 9 months.

i have had light brown discharge a majority of my pregnancy. but when AF was due (back in April) i do remember it being more significant.
