Thanks to all of you responding to my post!! It's been a few days now and I think that my dh is finally accepting that he is gonna be a dad! His first! My question is the line on my test is faint... it's a pink line, but faint. I've taken 3 more (FRER) since (tues, wed, and today). They are all the same faint pink line. Because of all the information now that we can get online this has freaked me out a little. I was expecting the line to get darker. I've checked out peeonastick.com and I've read the faint test result explanations, but it still makes me feel like something might happen. Anyone else have faint tests that really never got darker? I've only had one m/c , 10 years ago, and I've carried 3 babies to term. All of their tests were dark, but I think a different brand. I go to the doc on Thursday, so I guess I'll feel better then. Thanks for letting me stress out!! I know my dh is sick of hearing about faint and dark lines! lol!

Cary

compare the ones from tues and today. Were they taken around the same time during the day? If so, you should see a slight difference in them. Todays should be a little darker, maybe still faint, thats ok, you could be really early on. do you know when you O'd? If your only like 8-11 dpo, it usually stays pretty faint until past that. Good luck to you

Thanks! I have no idea what dpo. I had some issues earlier in the month and I lost track of o day. I took them all in the morning FMU or anywhere from 2 am- 5am. I just took an ept certainty digital and it said pregnant. That makes me feel better! But thanks again!

For me personally my FMU test are not as dark as those taken mid morning or even early afternoon.

Have you talked to your doctor yet?? maybe they can run blood work and check things out.

Good luck girl@

Mine varied in darkness depending on when the last time I'd gone to the bathroom was and how much I'd had to drink. I didn't use FRER, I used the cheapie strips, but that can affect any test.
