How long after your period was due did you start to test? And for those who have already conceived how long after was it until you actually got a + sign? I am 2 days late and the tests still say BFN. I was just curious how long some ladies had to wait before it finally told them BFP.
I have 2 boys. I don't remember how long with my first that I waited to test and got the BFP. But with the second it took almost 10 days for the HCG levels to register...

with my first I was already 5 + weeks before I even tested (I was on Birth control) and the only reason I even tested was I was having weird symptoms you shouldn't have on the pill. With my second I tested from the very FIRST day I should have gotten af and got a VERY light positive on a dollar store test and on two store brand tests, and a blaring positive on a first response.

I've tested way too early and really late. Got two 7 DPO BFP for two of my chemicals, didn't bother testing till 20 DPO for my last pregnancy(miscarriage), and tested for weeks with DD but didn't get a BFP till I was 8 weeks along. I thought I was going crazy with her. lol Didn't know if I was pregnant or not.

I had one other pregnancy that never tested +. Miscarried at 8 weeks. One other chemical this April I never tested for. Just felt really pregnant for a few days followed by a horrible 9+ days period. Chemical periods are normally brutal for me.
