I have psp10 and as3 ..i was wondering when adding a picture to the top or side how do you animate it without it making the black around the edges? maybe their are certain settings i should be using ? if so can someone tell me..

Gosh...wish I had PSP so I could help. Can you post a blinkie that you have made this way, so I can get a better idea. Maybe there are some similar settings in PS that I could try to relate to PSP.

are you saving it as a .gif or a .jpeg or whatever? Have you tried just erasing the black marks, or does it make the bear look disproportinate?

In PSP, are the edges black or is just when you save the finished animation in AS?

it's find until i optimize it in animation shop? the edges of whatever it is turn into black? and when i save it psp i save it as a animation.psp i think it is? something like like...
