Right now, freelancing is bringing in a $500 check every two weeks, although that job will end within the next few months. And tutoring is slow this year-- it's ballpark $180 per week, although that fluctuates a LOT!!

WHAT EXACTLY IS FREELANCING AND WHATS INVOLVED IN IT? ARE THERE PLACES THAT REALLY PAY YOU FOR YOUR WORK. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING INTO FINDING AN AT HOME JOB AND HAVENT BEEN ALL THAT SUCCESSFUL. I DON'T HAVE REALLY ANY MONEY TO PUT INTO IT.
The freelancing I do is writing... an offshoot of the 20 years I spent teaching HS math. I write math questions for a software company for them to include on their website. I was amazingly lucky to find this opportunity-- it has made a huge difference in our finances since September. But unfortunately, I'm almost done with the geometry unit and I'm pretty sure it was their last math unit.
