I'm just curious because it seems like such a neat idea!

I don't know my way around a sewing machine enough to be able to do it, but I think that it would probably be so economical to make these things for your own household, and then to share these creations with other would be awesome!!!

Hi there!

I made my own cloth diapers for my daughter. They're very easy even if this is the first time you've sewn. They take a few minutes to cut, and about 15 minutes to stitch once you get the hang of it. They have saved me a ton of money. They cost about $1 each to make plus the cover. Have you ever used cloth diapers before?

I am just getting a stash on Cloth Diapers in the mail that I have ordered from some WAHMs - I can't wait to try them! What types of material do you use in the ones that you make?

HI Radish4ever,

I use flannel. They only take about 15 minutes to stitch. They are so great, and my daughter has been wearing them since she was 6 mos. She's 2 1/2 now and potty training. I'm so happy for you that you're considering cloth. It's so great for your baby, the environment, and your budget.

Hope this helps,
Bunny
