Do you have weekly or monthly financial goals that you have to meet or do you have more flexibility?

Yep, if I want to keep working from home I do. My agreement with my husband was I could work from home as long as I made as much as I was making at my office job, if I couldn't/didn't then it'd need to stop and I'd need to find another office job. We absolutely rely on my income and I have to make a certain amount monthly.

My work at home job is more of a supplement. I have financial goals and I do my best to meet them.

Well, I have a sales goal...$500/month to maintain my current status, but that's been super easy to achieve so far.

My pay for the rest of the year is pretty much financing Christmas, and maybe a weekend getaway. Next year, though, Scentsy is paying our way to Disney, so I may have to step it up just a little!
