Okay i lurk here every now and then. I mainly stick to the due date club. I just started doing mystery shopping for extra income. I work out of the home though just my income sucks. But i just got started doing this and already have had someone ask what site i use. The main thing i worry about though is if i share any information, which i dont think im allowed to, but they may take all the good shops. In my area there aren't alot of shops available and knowing that some of these friends or family dont work they would have all the time on their hands to go and do as many as they want. While im strapped and have to schedule and time them. I dont know if that makes sense or sounds selfish.
I was just wondering though do some of you'll feel comfortable with sharing companies you'll work for. Even if its not for mystery shopping but telecommuting or something.

Yep, I constantly have people ask me what company I work for and give them the info. I even posted on here about Speak Write even though I am also trying to get a job with them. Maybe I'm crazy for doing it, but I prefer to help other folks out too and also feel if I'm the best person for the job then I'll get it or if it's meant to be it'll happen, if not it won't.

Things happen for a reason I have definitely found to be true over the years.

Typically if someone googles, they can find the companies anyway. I believe if you share, it will come back to you in the end :-) I've been a MS for 9 years now.

I'm willing to share to a point. If someone keeps asking me questions and doesn't want to do their own research, then I bill for my time.

Yes, i feel comfortable sharing information with others. I love the fact "Sharing is Caring".

I love sharing the opportunity with others but my company is a bit different. I can build a team and train them in my company so sharing is a great thing for me.
