Do you set regular goals and when you do how good are you at accomplishing the goals you set?

If I set goals, then I absolutely 100% keep them. The key is setting realistic goals though. I don't ever set goals I know are unattainable. I keep it realistic and have never had a problem reaching them/sticking to them.

I'm really trying hard to make goals each day/each week/each month now that I've promoted in my business. With a team underneath me, I have a lot more on my plate and goal setting/time management is helping with that!

I try to set obtainable goals (sometimes hard) in both my professional and personal life. I work hard and I'm able to meet them.

Setting goals helps when I don't feel like cleaning the house, lol.
