hi. i am a little curious. i've always wanted to be a sahm, but i am always skeptical about all these advertisements to do that. here's the thing, i don't have much money to start or to invest, so does that mean that i can't sah and work? it just seems everywhere i go i see pay 250$ just to get started and sometimes more. i don't have money to just blow on something like that especially if i don't know if it's legit. i would just like to know what has worked for you ladies.
here's a little bit about me.
i'm 21 and i live in an apartment. i have computer and internet access, and am pretty computer literate. i don't want to be like a telemarketer where i have to beg people for a product. maybe like stuffing envelopes or something like that... would be nice.
At the end of the day you get nothing for nothing...[/i]
The stuffing envelopes is a scam!! I looked into this because it seemed so easy and I finally found out what it is about after giving my address in an attempt to get information. What happens is you receive a letter that says it is from an attorney and how this is a legit money making deal and blah blah blah and then it says all you have to do is copy the letter 5 times and mail each one with a $1 bill to the people listed on the paper.
Another one to watch out for is the card folding or the one where you put together certain crafts and you get paid for each one you complete. They get by this by "not approving" your workmanship when you return the finished products.
Just be very very careful about these "easy money" scenarios! If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!
