What is the most recent great "momma moment" you have had?

For me it was that tonight I bought Jonah some bunny slippers he was really liking at the store & when we got home & put them on with his jammies he LOVED them & they made him walk like he was marching. He absolutely had a blast wearing them & it was too stinking cute! The camera batteries were dead, so I will try & get a pic tomorrow - but I am telling you it was too funny & precious.

Most recent....hmmm

well last night I was getting ready to go out, and Sarah (who normally is a total daddy's girl) wanted to do/be "just like mommiy". I pretended to curl her hair and put makeup on her. She wanted to wear her play watch (because mommy had her watch on). It was so cute...and so much fun!

Hmmm...With Alex it's all the kisses he gives. He's started putting his hands on my cheeks and then laying one on me. Then he grins with his whole face. It's super cute and makes me laugh every time!

With Ben it was when I came home with 2 boxes of Yogos last weekend. He jumped and danced, then ran over to give me a hug and say thank you.

My best mommy moment is when Madeline came home from after school, her daddy wouldn't let her have something that she wanted so she told him she was going to give him checkmarks. He got excited until she told him that the checkmarks are something bad and that if he gets 5 of them he wasn't allowed to have any popcorn and watch a movie. She told him that he gets a checkmark every time he won't let her have something, so he got 11 checkmarks by the end of the night.

I know this isn't about me, but i was glad i didn't get any checkmarks. *phew*

I thought it was cute too, but last night I got 15 checkmarks and i don't even know why. I'm gonna have to find out why so many checkmarks. She seems to give them without warning so i better watch myself.

My most recent moment was yesterday morning when Nick woke up he just layed next to me in my bed and played with my hair. I pretended to be asleep hoping he would go back to sleep too but then he started giving me kisses on my hair and singing the alphabet train song from Blues Clues. That is usually a sign that he wants to get up and watch it.

I JUST NOW had a "mama moment". Nick was sitting at the table eating his lunch and he started doing the "this little piggy" with his toes. He doesn't get it exactly right, all of the little piggies go to the market except the little one and that one went "weee wee weee weee" all the way over to my lunch plate where he snatched my cookie. What a little piggy.

ROFL, Rhonda! What a creative way to swipe a cookie. You should have responded with three rounds of "Swiper, no swiping!"

My latest one is that Alex is now trying to blow slurberts on us and his favorite place is my belly. First he kneads it like a cat would do and then blows the tiniest slurbert ever on my belly.

I love all the stories!

I guess for me it's how cuddley Makenna is and loves to curl up in my lap if we're playing on the floor together, or if I'm standing she'll crawl over to me and try to climb up my leg so I can cuddle with her. She's also giving kisses now and it's on her terms so when I get one I just about melt. She's also saying "Mama", "Baby", "Puppy" and "Kitty" and he little voice is like music to my soul. I love to hear her voice mixed in with her own babble language and real words. Ahhhhh....I LOVE it!!!
