So after sleeping through the night pretty much since he was 2 months old, Alex decided to pull an all nighter last night. He slept from 9:30 to 12:30 and was then up playing, talking, laughing until 4:30 when he wanted to be fed again. He fell asleep about 5, maybe a little before, and slept until 6:30 when he woke up to eat again and stayed up for the day. As I didn't go to bed until 11, I'm dragging just a bit today on my 2-3 non-consecutive hours of sleep.

Oh no! I'm sure Rhonda is somewhere reliving your nightmare (or maybe still living it) - remember our discussion when he started sleeping through? I hope it's temporary.

Well, he didn't nap this morning very much, so it's looking good for a better night's sleep tonight. Here's hoping!

I am proud to announce that Nicholas Ryan is now sleeping through the night!! AND in his own bed!! Sometimes babies have allnighters. I think it's just one of those things. Maybe something he ate (or you ate LOL). Lets hope it's just temporary. I will say that Nicholas slept through the night until he was 4 months old and then from then until he was 13 months old he wouldn't do it. He woke up 2-3 times every night. It's just one of those things that some babies do.
