Sally decided to skip her big nap this afternoon, but then fell asleep at 6pm, and is still sleeping. We even took her out to Target and she slept right through like a newborn. I am totally dreading her being wide awake at 4am or something.

We did go to our first mom and baby yoga class this morning (which, btw, totally kicked my butt ). Maybe it was just way too exciting.

First, way to go on going to yoga!

We've had a couple of times where Alex didn't nap well and crashed for the night really early. Hopefully she slept through and didn't wake you up too early. I'm jealous about the "big naps" though. A big nap for Alex is 45 minutes! He tends to power nap for 20-30 minutes 4 times a day instead of getting a couple of long naps.

Well, the big nap only happens if I hold her the whole time, so I try to catch up on JM then. And she did sleep through - until 8am!

Jonah has done that a few times...I think that is how he does growth spurts.... A few days of crazy eating followed by almost a 24 hr snooze, only waking to eat. It scared me the first time it happened since he really has never been much of a sleeper AT ALL - usually cat napping at best - and sometimes literally 5-10 mins at a time.... so I called the Pedi & they said it was fine. Now I just look forward to those very occasional opportunities to catch up on some badly needed sleep.
