TEETH! I just noticed Sally's fifth tooth this afternoon, and I think we're working on number six. At least there's only so many that can come in, and then we're finished until they start falling out.

20 is the magic number, so you're already 1/4 of the way there! I wish DD was making as much progress...I can't wait to see some of those pearly whites. How is teething going for Sally?

Super Jealous

We're still all gums! It's not for lack of trying, though. At the rate he's going, Alex is either going to get 6 teeth at once or lose a fist. Congrats on tooth #5!!

And on the falling out, I almost cried when Ben's first tooth came out a couple of months ago.

Teething is going all right. What's nice is that we can usually tell when she's cranky from teething as opposed to something else. It's been pretty consistent. I am sick of the drool, but you get that whether the teeth come in early or not. Personally, I think she's got some cute little baby teeth, although they are coming in crooked and right now there's a huge gap between the top two. I was a bit annoyed that my MIL's only comment was "well, she's going to need braces." Not on those teeth, anyway. We'll wait for the next set.

Actually the gap is a GOOD thing. It means she'll have enough room for the big teeth later. That's what our dentist says anyway.
