This is my story on when I had Jacob Cameron Pirtle. He weighed 7lbs 10oz and is 19inc long. The day that I went in to labor was on April 10 at 4:30PM me and Cameron were walking like my doctor told me to do she wanted me to have him before my due date because she did not want him to get any bigger then what they had guessed his weight was. So I was walking around the park with Cameron and I was having contractions and they were not that closes together but I was in a lot of pain it was all in my back so I kept walking. We went home and I was sill in a lot of pain so Cameron said lets go to the Hospital to get checked. So we did sure enough I was in Labor. The checked me and I was not that far but my nurse was like you will have him either to night or tomorrow morning. Well at about 9:00PM I was at 4cm and they put me in to the Labor and Delivery room. They got me on meds. for my Strep test because it came back positive. Then at about 12:00AM I was in more pain and so I got me some great drugs for the pain. Then at 1:00AM I was at 6cm and progressing along. That is about the time that my water broke. But I can say that I was not in all that pain because of the drugs they had me on. I was in Labor for all of 14 hours. My doctor had asked me when I was about to push If I was able to get into the birthing class I was no. She then told me oh that is ok she did not take it with her own kids. The funning thing is she had only came to the hospital because I was there and she did not have any other people their that day. She then told me after I had him if he was any bigger I would have had to have a c-section. I know their is not all that much about how it all went but I can not remember all of it. Well hope this gives some in site to how my delivery went.
