Here's my story!! I woke up Saturday morning just like any other day and was relaxing around the house. I took Roxie out to pee and came back inside to use the bathroom. Well when I went to the bathroom and looked down and the toilet was filled with blood. I started freaking out and crying all at the same time. Went and woke DF up and we got the dog packed up and I threw on some clothes and off we went to the hospital. When I got there they looked me over and said they were going to do a u/s. So then the nurse came back in and said they were going to admit me for 23 hrs and look me over. They started an IV and off I went to my LDR room. My dr's on call dr came in and introduced himself. He said that he was looking at Brea and she looks perfectly healthy and that he didn't want to risk the chance of letting me go home and me having more bleeding. So he talked to the high risk dr's and they decided it would be best if he went ahead with the c-section. So in about 2 hrs I went from being observed overnight to getting wheeled into the OR. They started an epidural and man I felt great after that and put a catheter in. They let Jayme come in and about 30 mins later at 4:11 pm Brea came into the world. She weighed 5 pds 3.4 ozs. She was 18 1/2 inches long. She is the most precious thing ever! I love her so much. I'm starting to get the hang of sleeping. I didn't sleep the first 2 nights and they just released me from the hospital yesterday. My incision looks great and recovery isn't near as bad as everyone says it is. Don't know if I would do it again but it was a very pleasant expierence under the circumstances.
