Really?! Is there a BRU close by? I've never heard of a BRU not allowing it. You just have to leave your license at the desk. Strange! It's a brand new car seat, so I can't really tell if it would work in your car, but it installs pretty upright so it shouldn't take up *too* much room. I can fit it in my sister's little Focus though.
The lowest harness slots are pretty tall though, and since they have to be at or below their shoulders, even your Moose might still be too small for it. (I hope they fix that because it would be the perfect seat if they did!) So make sure you set him in the seat and check that the straps are at or below his shoulders before you get it. Or is this for Leila? Owen would fit in the Scenera well, even if it's pink

BRU has a 90 day return policy, so if you do get it and don't like it, you can bring it back. Let me know if you get it.. I can teach you the tricks I've learned about it
