Bella is 16 months and knows about 4 signs. We are taking a baby sign language class tomorrow and I am so excited

The class was pretty good. They teach the adults through songs and we keep doing the signs at home. Bella doesn't seem to interested in it today though. She did sign "bird" for me though and she tried to sign "love" last night.

Don't worry if Bella doesn't seem interested, she is certainly soaking it all in! A lot of times the classes are more to help the parents out. As long as you're consistent about it at home, she will gain from it Try singing her the songs at home too, that might capture her interest better in the class.

Thanks We have been singing the songs at home too. She likes to clap with them so I know she is entertained
