I'm of the mind-set that you're never too old.

I use the "Signing Time" series. You could start with the "Baby Signing Time series". If you check your local craigs list, you may be able to purchase the complete Signing Time series for a really good price.

It's a great program, it's Audio, visual, musical. My almost Two year old can say all her letters and can identify them because she liked watching the "ABC" DVD. LOL

Here is a good Link I use too:

I started teaching my son when he was about 6m old, but he didn't start signing on his own till he was 15m. So your little ones can definitely learn ... just be consistent about it and I bet they'll pick it up fast.

I agree with the PP about ASLPro.com Home. That's the site I use to look up signs to teach my son. =D

It's never too late, like the others have said. Rebecca is turning 3 and still signs, Elias is almost 15 months and for the most part started signing about 6-8 weeks ago. I worked on teaching them both from the start. Rebecca was using some spoken words by this time, Elias still isn't talking at all (aside from ma, ba, and da, lol). DH is even starting to pick up on more of the signs the more I teach the little ones.

I think they might even pick it up quicker at the toddler age. Baby signing time is amazing, its super easy for adults and we are the ones who learn the slowest!
