Is anyone good at writing CSS code (and willing to help)? I'm having trouble with an assignment (the information in my course is absolute trash, and i've been playing a guessing game with the code for the last 2 hours). My instructor is completely vague so I can't really go to him for help and google is failing me.

This is what I have to do:

Can anyone help me with making the tables/starting the code? I've been trying to get my columns/rows like the picture for over 2 hours and it's not even coming close. I don't know how I should be writing it.

Sorry if this is the wrong section.

Ok I assumed this was to be a combination of html tables with css. There was no height specified so I made it 100px. Keep in mind there are probably other ways to accomplish this, but this should get you on your way. The css will look like this:

HTML Code:
<style type="text/css">

table.dotted {border: 4px dashed #FFff00; width:500px; background-color: #ffffff}

.blue{background-color: #0000ff}

.red{background-color: #ff0000}

.purple { background-color: #330066;}

</style>
I uploaded the table here. Hope this helps!

Thank you soooo much! My teacher writes his code sloppy so that was much easier to follow and understand.
