i am trying to brush up more on my css skills and was wondering if you ladies had some really good tutorials. I know the basics, but would like to take that an extra level and learn more to be able to offer better designs.
Also, I am looking to figure out how to do rounded corners W/O images in css - is this possible? Does anyone know how to do it?
The way I learned css was looking at css stylesheets in action. Like if I would see an effect on a website, I'd view the source and see what they did in terms of css. I am still learning though because there are just so many css tricks out there. But you check out this page for tips on getting the rounded corners using css.
I learned like LadyViola. That and the place where I work is very big about CSS. In fact, a lot of what we do is in CSS. Although I have stopped buying books, I have a book that was highly recommended by my co-workers when I first started. I have found it to be very helpful. It's easy to understand and does have some nice tips and tricks.
