Who's your host? What do you like about them? Anything you don't like about them?
I have had Siteground (Web Hosting by SiteGround: Reliable servers & easy-to-use tools) for over 2 years now and am considering switching. They've made some changes recently that I'm not happy with (limited FTP access now - access your site too many times via FTP and the site goes down), they have also had a lot of downtime lately which is a major inconvenience. I also don't like that you can't host more than one domain (without paying an extra $30/year for each additional hosted domain).
I switched to GoDaddy a couple months ago but quickly switched back. I like GoDaddy for my domain registrations, but was very unhappy with the hosting services.
Anyone have a good recommendation? Features I'm looking for are unlimited FTP access, being able to host more than one domain, a high server uptime, and preferrably a way to reach tech support other than just through sending a support ticket.

I have been a very big fan of Netfirms for my web hosting service for the past 6 years. I started out with them using their free service and decided I wanted to expand so I have been purchasing my services.
With Netfirms I get 24/7 excellent customer service support. The plan I have gives me 3000 GB of diskspace, 3000 GB of data transfer, unlimited multiple website hosting, 5 free domain names, 1000 email addresses with 1000 MB of space each, and lots more. That's the business package which is about $12.95/month. What I also love about them is that it's rare for my website to be done. In 6 years I can count on one hand how many time they have been down and it usually lasts no longer than an hour if that.
