That's how I've been working pretty much, although I don't do a lot of work from home for my 'day job'. Now things are switching and I'm working more from home on freelance work and less on my other job.
I've been working from home for about three years now. My husband and I run our own business. I manage some blogs and design WordPress themes as well.
Its interesting to meet someone else whose DH also works from home. My DH and I run a business together and independently he's a writer and I'm a designer, so the roles on our website were pretty much sorted! I also do a little writing on the side, but I've had a killer case of writers block which I'm just beating now!
I work from home. Everything is self-employed rxcept the stuff I do for the daycare. I sell at Divine Digital but it's kind of like consignment as comission is taken out of what I sell to help the store cover the hosting and other expenses. The daycare I'm considered an employee and am paid an hourly rate. ButI still do everything from home.
