I have an EHD. I keep all my invites. My newsleters, etc, I keep one copy for modification and then it gets overwritten when I do a new one. My Digiscrap kits I keep on my EHD but only the finished graphic, not the raw files.
I keep every thing. Don't believe in deleting or throwing anything away. I have things I created and designed back when my 22 year old son was like only 3 or 4 years old. I threw away something one time and it just so happened that it was the perfect design for a client even though I did it like 10 years ago. Ever since then everything is kept.
I definitely also keep everything. Maybe it was an art school thing, but at different points in my life I've lost both physical and digital work, so now I try really hard to keep everything You never know either, someone might just ask you for something at random and you'll have it from six years ago!
