This game is inspired by the finding the positive in our marrages thread.

when you are responding, you will respond to the request in the last post.

Example

Person A
What are two points from the last sermon you attended

Person B

1. People doubt that God still heals, My God can do anything
2. People doubt that anyone can be saved, My God can do anything.

Name 3 Good things about your S/o

Examples of some topics you could use
5 Good things about your children
2 Favorite Verses of the Bible
4 Songs that have touched you
2 Good things about your Mother In Law
4 Good things about your job

The objective is to get us to see the Good things in life, and help us recognize the good in those around us and the things that have helped us increase our faith. Questions can repeat and can be anything you may come up with!

So Let the Game Begin

Name THREE good things about your Mother In Law

2. She is very accepting of me despite that I am very much not like her family
3. She is an awesome grandma to Timmy and I know she will be to Baby Girl as well - she spoils him w/ out being overbearing.

Great game Brittainy!!!

What is the three best qualities of your mother

1. Her wisdom
2. Her compassion
3. Her understanding

What are your 2 fav scriptures from the Bible?!

I know someone else should answer that question & I still want someone else to but I have this overwhelming urge to share my fav 2 as well! I hope it's okay with everyone!

1. Jeremiah 29:11:
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
2. Ecclesiastes 3:2-3:
And I declared that the dead, who had already died,
are happier than the living, who are still alive.
But better than both is he who has not yet been,
who has not seen the evil that is done under the sun.

1. 1 Timothy 4:12 - Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. It really just reminds me of my sweet Timothy and how I want him to be raised so that he can teach others and gently lead others to Christ not just by his words but by his actions.

2. Philippians 4:13 - I can do everything through him who gives me strength. I know this is pretty generic but I can't tell you the number of times just thinking of this verse has motivated me and given me encouragement to get through some pretty tough times.

Dh and I have started praying together.
We let a family of 5 stay with us that had been living in their car. It felt great to help someone.
I donated some money to LivePrayer.

Name 5 things your SO does that make you smile

1. When he has to work late often times he will take the patrol care home long enough to help put Will to bed.

2. When he is not feeling well, He clings to me tightly while he is a sleep and if he is on Nyquil, I have to fight to get out of his arms if Will needs me

3. Everytime the song fancy comes on he sings it at the top of his lungs.

4. When I am feeling bad, he pokes and prods til I start laughing

5. He calls his sister Denise, The Nephew, and her daughter is his Little Neicy, He is so protective over her and it makes me laugh to see how much he has grown because When Will was that age, he was too afraid of breaking him to hold him, and now he fusses at his sister if she forgets to bring a blanket for the baby.

6. (for free) When Will was first born for the first few days, He was afraid of breaking Will, so he layed out a recieving blanket, set Will in it, Picked up three corners and held them with one hand and put his other under his head and carried Will around like he was stork delivering a baby. I laughed so hard at him and I still do.

Tell us about 1 random act of kindness you have recieved in your life
