What kind of day makes you say, "If I'd known what was coming, I wouldn't have gotten out of bed"? Ignorance can be bliss.

Jesus could not enjoy the bliss of ignorance. He knew exactly what He would face and this knowledge only added to His suffering (Matthew 26:37-44). Dying for someone is one thing, but suffering as Jesus suffered demonstrates a triple layer of love because:
He suffered and died (Matthew 27:26-50)
He knew He would suffer and die (Mark 10:33-34)
He planned to suffer and die in these ways (Philippians 2:5-8)
Jesus chose to endure all of it because He loves us.
