My daughter Rylan who is almost 2.5 years is having surgery on 4/24 for her colostomy take-down.

This is going to sound crazy, but I am SOOOOO excited for this surgery! Rylan has never pooped through her tushy, and she finally will!

Of course, I'm scared of her going under again, but I'm trying no to think about that part!

It's not at all crazy for you to be excited! I get that. It's a sign that she's healing! Praise God!!!
Praying for a successful surgery and a quick recovery for her. And praying for your peace of mind as well. It's hard being the mamma in the waiting room even under the best circumstances.
