Many prayers Kalynn! Hope things turn out well and that you and baby stay healthy and safe! Hang in there mama - I know bedrest is NO fun(well, at least it wasn't for me - I'm so active and it drove me crazy). On a positive note that's great you were able to help with your DH's g-pa supervise in setting up the tree. How fun!

Well I'm just going to jump in there's a goal of 2013 after all.

Hope everything goes well, I've never been on bedrest at home, pretty tricky with a little one AND this busy time of year. Take care of you.

This morning I got so busy with a cranky kid and other stuff that I didn't notice my middle girl was still in bed, and didn't get her up until 10 minutes before the bus got here. (she usually wakes up on her own).

Long to-do list today, and slightly envious of people being done Christmas shopping. I have a little done (and we don't do a whole lot gift wise) and will finish on friday. I am going with my mom, and selfishly I don't really want to. I just want to go and do my thing, and not think about her Christmas shopping.

Did your middle daughter get ready in time? Hope you enjoy going Christmas shopping with your mom. I can understand how you'd like to do your own thing though also.

Kynslee is being a crab cakes today - SIGH!!!

Perfectly behaved and easy to manage - what's that?!! LOL! Kynslee is a good child but does have her days. She is just SOO active and into EVERYTHING!!! I can't leave her alone to walk into the other room for fear she'll get into or climb onto something that could hurt her. (And, our house is "Quote" Childproof). Leave her alone and she's trying to climb the entertainment center and onto the monitor or stacking her toys against her toy chest so that she can climb on to it.

BIG HUGS and T&P's going your way Ginger!!

Hello, I haven't been here for awhile but need to get back to it.

I don't see a lot of familiar names but hope to get to know everyone.

Hey Grace ..welcome back

Sorry Orangebrittainy, but I don't know a thing about teaching handwriting ... we are still working on coloring with crayons and not just banging them on the table (Personally I think Noah might become one of those abstract artists with nothing but dots on his page)

I am now officially on vacation for the next 8 days! Not that being off work still doesn't mean a lot of work, but I get to spend time with the kids and with family, so it will be fun

I'm no help when it comes to handwriting help.

I got up early and organized my "piano room" where I've been dumping all sorts of stuff. It didn't take that long, it's just one of those things I never got to.

Today my dog needs to be at the vet at 8:45, she's getting fixed. We had puppies this summer after the neighbors dog visited, and though it's been fun, I don't want to repeat. #3 has a dentist appointment, mother in law is coming for a haircut and 4 kids have piano lessons.

I'd like to write my Christmas letter too, so it's ready when I pick up my Christmas cards. We'll see....

Hope everyone has a good day

HUGS SJane (sorry, don't know your name). DH was just sick with flu and then Kynslee had a double ear infection and was throwing up for few days. I HATE having sick people in the house! And even worse being sick yourself. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

Ugh. Elias refused to stay asleep last night unless I was in the room. Ended up sleeping with him on the couch so we could get some sleep. Not sure if it was because he didn't feel well, is going through a growth spurt, or was scared in his big boy bed.

SIgh.

So many sickies, and ugh sleepless nights! I've had more than my fair share of those, and I so don't miss them.

Nevermind that Christmas letter I was going to start yesterday. I did make the gift bags for the Sunday school kids though (45) an ornament, a little slinky and a candy cane. Our church does have a pile of kids for a small congregation, which is really great.

Mine is in the 1st grade and 6 years old. The only bad marks he has on his report card, and its effecting other areas that require writing...
